O/C + Win7

A strange thing happend, I caught my kids messing around with the computer, and it restarted and for the first time ever had a "O/C failed" error code on boot up, so I reset my bios to default. I systematically checked all the win7 settings manually to make sure my settings were the same.

So now I re-overclocked back up to 3.2GHz and all my software tools are reading a successful overclock (cpuID prime95 etc) But the strange thing is, Windows ITSELF doesnt show the overclock anymore in systems under control panel. it now says 2.66GHz @ 2.67GHz. I dont get why it doesnt show up on windows anymore.
Can anyone shed some light on this?
my system configurations and specs are in my Info on the sidebar.
Thanks in advance.

Sometimes windows will glitch, seen it before. Change the multiplier and it should go back. Try running WEI again.

i ran WEI again with no change. I guess its just a glitch. well the glitch doesn't affect temps or speed or anything so I guess just ignore it. I trust my software tools are telling me everything is correct.
