ok here is the best way to run seti.
1. Get the command line version if you have windows. It will run on win 95 98 nt 2000.
2. Turn your screen saver off, it slows you down big time I went from 17 hours to 6 on my 850 t-bird!
3. Make sure you have it set to run all the time instead of screen saver mode and maximzed. The command line vers already runs all the time in the back ground just turn off screen saver.
4. Get seti spy it will give you all the info about seti as you run it. The program is very cool!

5 When useing seti spy turn it off when your not useing your computer. It will slow seti down just a bit.
6 You can run it on more than one pc and it will be added to your over all score!

We need members to join the THF for seti. The baitshop has challenged us on and we need all the help we can get.

Thats a neat little tool. Don't think I want to install it on all the systems I have running SETI on but it does give some interesting info.
