Mouse Scrolling

Hey, I have the RAPTOR-GAMING LM2 mouse. I have a problem scrolling with the mouse wheel in any program. Scrolling fast works fine but when i scroll down one notch on the wheel sometimes it randomly scrolls up one notch. This mouse is less than a month old.

I'm running Windows 7

What could be causing this problem?

it's got support up to vista could be conflict with win 7 what are the driver you use for this mouse

im not sure, i just plugged in the mouse and windows searched online for a driver
