Any chance for help on getting unlock code for LG L1150

I was hoping someone can let me use an unlock code if I have the IMEI #.
I bought this cell phone. I have two ATT accounts. This phone says ATT.
However, when I stick either SIMM card into to it, the phone comes up as phone restricted and aks for a restriction code (I am assuming it is the unlock code) Can someone help?
