I'd like to invite everyone to join a new community group on eBay
called 'Audiophile Asylum'. It's dedicated to trading hi-end
equipment at least 10 years old.
Given the volume of vintage, high-end equipment traded on eBay and
how relatively small the Audiophile community is, it may provide an
ideal environment to disseminate information. It could also provide a
rational basis for pricing.
Another major benefit is that it's only open to eBay members,
which in and of itself provides a virtual Kook filter. (Usenet
veterans will relate to this)

What, are there no unique or novel names to be had??
Seems to be there is already an "Asylum" site that is well known and
established on the internet.
Consider changing the name.
Isn't ebay coining money fast enough yet? They want to be Yahoo too?
