well, i been playing torchlight with full graphics but anti aliasing is off and using it for 10hrs or so what i noticed is everytime i alt tab and go to my desktop it is slow,i cant use any other program. this is the 1st time i experienced it, im running RAINMETER and dreamscene on my background..well since im playing its ok not alt tabbing, after i play i went downstairs and downloaded a 100mb file after 30mins i went up back up and saw my pc monitor was off then i thought its the monitor sleeping, i moved the mouse nothing happened, i press some keyboard button nothing happened after 30 secs my pc restarted.

i was wondering if anyone could tell me the possible problem so i can find a solution before it destroys my whole system. thnx

0x124 almost always is a hardware problem. I've seen it happen due to an unstable OC, shoddy PSU, dieing GPU, overheating, and the like.

So first thought: If you have an OC, remove it.
