To tell you the truth, I just got my 5800 (XpressMusic) about 2 weeks ago, but I'm VERY disappointed with it.

It freezes ALOT more than I expected. In fact, it froze just about 2 hours after I got it, and it still freezes about every 2 days randomly after I end calls.
The touch does work pretty good, no compains here, but also the symbian version installed needs too many actions to get something simple done (if you get what I'm trying to say).

even though it has very good capabilities (good video quality, and AMAZING sound quality, GPS, WiFi support, fair camera etc...) I would stay away from this phone unless you don't mind taking out the battery and re-inserting it on a daily basis.

sooooooo. is that just a defect? or you can bring that to shop warranty and replace with a new 5800. but for the cost. is it really worth it? or x6 would be better?

I don't know enough about the x6 to tell, sorry.
About the 5800 - I've heard many people that had problems with the 5800, so I don't think it's very reliable. And replacing it won't 100% solve the problem if it's software defects.
I also downloaded the latest firmware updates.

I got my 5800 about a year ago and have no problems with it. I am using the latest firmware and all my applications are up to date. GPS software gets signal in about 10 seconds.

This is a great phone, it has a reasonable price and a huge bundle of accessories that come with it.

I would recommend it to anyone.

I have never had to take out the battery and the phone has never frozen.
