my husbad has a palm pre he is in us if i bring it with me in toronto am i gonna be abale to use it with my provider in canada?

You may be able to if your provider in Canada is Bell but you'd have to cal them and ask. You also need to call Sprint in the US to have them unlock the phone and they may not be willing to do that.
