PC800 and PC1066 are 16-bit modules exclusively. The 32-bit stuff of PC1066 speed is called RIMM4200.
PC1066 offers only 4.2GB/s of bandwidth in dual channel mode. PC800 offers only 3.2GB/s, the same mistake there.
