Gericom Select W720

First I apologise for my Bad English
I'm having some problems with A Gericom W720 Notebook.. i've tried an memory upgrade but afther replacing the memory modules it keppt freezing afther a few seconds form start. I've put back the old DIMM's but the same problem. I've replace the cooling paste on the CPU but no luck. The computer freezes in bios, if i boot from HDD or CDROM...so is not software(unleast not the OS). Afther it stops i have to whait a few minutes to restart it because it starts but it doesn't shows anything on the display.
