Probem with ahci driver

Hello!
Here is my problem.I have sager 2090 laptop with intel turbo memory.I enabled ahci in the bios before install windows vista.But to work intel turbo memory I must install intel matrix storage driver.in the device manager the ahci driver is intel ich8m sata ahci controller 2829.When I update this ahci with driver from intel matrix storage driver or install the whole program after laptop restart I get BSOD with this 0x0000007B and it's says something to remove newly install hardware.I have intel PM965 chipset so the ahci driver is ich8m hem/hbm and I think this is the problem but i don't know why I get this error.I use the latest intel matrix storage driver.This is supposed to work with my chipset but I can't update this driver so I can't use my intel turbo memory.Thanks!
