this would be the ideally cheap dual core notebook - has anyone ever heard of this place?

it seems too good to be true, bit without windows the price might be legitimate...comments / other links?

It's a barebone with a cheap core duo and 256 ram...its not cheap or too good to be true...theres not even an option for a video card, so its an integrated POS.
