If Verizon is the owner of the tower and American tower is the Manager of the tower, who has the right to dismantle and move the tower.? Would American tower have any rights at all once their lease is up?

The lease agreement will define whether Verizon has the right to dismantle the tower. American Tower has whatever rights are vested to them under the Verizon American Tower agreement.

By nature of this question, I assume you have received an offer from one of the "vulture" companies that looks to buy American Tower leases so that they can take over ownership of the tower at the expiration. It is crucial that you understand the value of the tower to all parties involved before making a decision.
