Rm Right Clock Utility (Asus M50)

Hello i have an Asus M50vm-B1. This laptop has the T9400 processor in it. Clocked at 2.53Ghz. I am running RmRight Clock utility and was wondering about this program. Even under full load at any muptiplier i can not get it to exceed 95% CPU load. The OS load is at 100% but the CPU will not opperate at 100 as well. Any thoughts?

Chances are that the program is inaccurate. You can use Windows Task Manager to see what your true CPU load is and such. There are other programs out there as well, i.e. Everest, SpeedFan, etc..
