Lenovo E530 problem with Dolby

Hello,

After an auto-update and reboot, a Dolby error popped up saying "The current Dolby audio driver is 7.2.8000.13 and the software application expects driver version 7.2.7000.11. Please install a valid driver and software application combination." What can I do? I can't find any downloadable updates anywhere.

Go to Lenovo to download and install the software application for driver version 7.2.800.13

I have exactly the same problem, but I can't find the right software ore driver in lenovo download which solve the problem:-(( Could you please send more information what exactly to do?
I have no more Idea.
