Windows XP 64 Bit won't activate

I just registered to download my evaluation of the x64 OS! but now that it's
installed it just won't activate over the internet, it keeps saying incorrect
product key, but it;s the same one microsoft sent me two days ago with the
email saying it was a 180 day evaulation copy

In addition to the advice already posted, the evaluation period is 120 days,
not 180.

You can verify this by Start > Run > and typing in "winver" without the
quotes. It should also be
printed on the lower right hand corner of the desktop.

then simply choose the alternative option to "activate by phone".

I tried that earlier, I'm all the way here in Pakistan! the support number
didn't work, no one picked up... odd!

What is the error code on the machine on the left side of the dialog box
when you get "Incorrect Product Key?
Also what is the twenty digit PID located on the properties of My Computer

Activation of the WinXP Pro x64 doesn't seem to work.
I downloaded it directly from msdn.microsoft.com/subscription and download
the productkey, but didn't work it. When I activated by phone, the helpdesk
answer, that unknown product.

Ideas?
