[Admin] RAHE hiatus starting 9/16/2005

Due to circumstances beyond my control, RAHE will have to go on hiatus
starting 9/16/2005 and lasting until 9/25/2005. The last posts will be
processed on the evening of 9/15 at which point I will post that the
hiatus has begun. All incoming posts at that point will be held until
the end of the hiatus. Another message will be posted when post
processing resumes.
