In the middle of using it my backspace key, my t key, y key, caps, and tab keys

Even im having the same problem..in the middle of using it my backspace key, my t key, y key, caps, and tab keys stopped working for no aparent reason. how do i fix this? i dont believe its a virus

please help me as i need it urgent.

If the problem persists after restarting, it's probably a hardware problem.

However, as you neglect to mention what product this is, it's a little hard to suggest a remedy. In any case you'd probably be best taking the device back to the supplier for repair or replace.
