My dell laptop keys are not working properly

model no 1525. one row of keys asre not working at all how this can be resolved,if i connecting external keyboard all the keys are working fine

If you've disassembled a laptop before check the keyboard cable. If not, I would take it to a dealer or repair guy and get him to do it (and probably replace the keyboard).
