Interested in using a small TFT color screen to show video for a new product I am designing... Probably 3 - 4 inches max, thin, and with either video inputs (s-video or RCA) or a way to hard wire the video into it. Small size is very important.

Kinda think the the new cell-phone TFT's would be perfect size...

Any ideas? Anyone know where I could get a few cell phone TFT's to try? Is there a special video format for the TFT's? Is there a video chip required to go from an RCA/S-video to the TFT?
