Hello!
I offered a Genius VideoCam Slim USB2 to a friend in Panamá (America)... I bought the webcam in my country Portugal(Europe), i don't know if this info is important or not...
Well, when she tried the webcam, she gets a very bad image quality in black & white. She uses windows xp pro, and her pc is +-old, it's an Intel Pentium 4 2.0ghz, so i guess that it doesn't have usb2.0 support...She updated her videocard drivers (s3 pro savage ddr), and she has Directx 9.0B. I'm trying to help her but she is kinda rookie in pc area, so i don't know wich mainboard she has, i think it is a via chipset board but i'm not sure.
What can i do? Can you help me please?
