Every time I do a normal restart, the event is listed as a "reboot from
bugcheck". For some reason Windows believes a simple reboot (no problems at
all) is a BSOD reboot from bugcheck.
I suspect this is related to having changed the pageefile to a different
drive, but resetting to C: doesn't cure it.
The system is rock stable and I can cause this to happen anytine i want to
down to the second so I know there's been no BNSOD reboot. I've had plenty
of those on another machine.

I'm having the same thing happen to my machine. There is NO reboot or crash.
Like you, it happens EVERY time I boot or reboot my machine. I haven't
messed with my pafefile so I don't think that's the problem.
If you hear of anything that will explain this message, please let me know.
By the way, it doesn't seem to hurt anything it's just, I don't like seeing
messages in the event viewer that I don't understand. Also, it not an ERROR
or WARNING message, but an INFORMATION message.
Thanks
