8600 doesnt have alot of difference with 2600
but Core 2 Duo T7500 > AMD TURİON X2 TL-60
So definitely go with the Acer one

but also at medium options is to clamp..maybe we are using wrong driver ? right ?

yes update the drivers and see what happens
it happened for me too, when i had an old driver, i couldnt play crysis well but when i updated it it ran very well
