Windows 7 clean install help

HI Guys
I have windows 7 32bit and going to clean install the 64 bit version
and the OS is on drive C (or partion C) so I copied my personal files to drive G
THE QUESTION is simple
If i clean install windows 7 64 bit will it delete everything on my hard drive or will it just format the partion that has the os
and that means that every thing on the other partitions will stay
PLEASE answer

Yes, you can wipe out a specific partition. Just be careful once Setup starts and you get to the disk setup portion!
