Go online to the network's site, www.nbc.com, etc... most have streaming shows available. Or get a USB TV tuner card to pull over the air or cable connection broadcasts. http://www.google.com/products?q=usb+tv+tuner+card&hl=en

Don't know if all tuners have antennas though.

Hulu also has a lot of shows avilable for free.

I haven't encounter a tuner without antenna yet. However, the antenna are usually pathetic and cannot pick up all of the channel. Luckily, they are detachable so you can plug the output from a roof top antenna, or from a better indoor antenna, with or without amplifier.
