I installed some updates to Windows 7 earlier, and was recently looking through my Local Disk and saw two folders that must have been created. They are large, random names, and I would like to delete them, as they are quite unsightly.
They are called "d24c059b9b3509460c7eed" and "635d169011a43d2400a5a341"
One contains a folder called "prereq" which further contains "dotnetfx" which lastly contains "dotnetfx40_client_setup".
The other one contains several random folders with four digit number names, such as "1025", "1028" and so on, as well as some icons, .dll's, and XML Documents, among a few other random files.
Can I delete these folders?
Sometimes Windows knows how to confuse me to no end
