Question:

I've seen these new DVD players on the market that have DVI and HDMI out. Was wondering if anyone has one of these and if there was any noticable image improvement.

I'm currently using component out from my DVD player to my Sony projection HDTV.

I have some HD channels with cable. I use the HDMI it is a noticeable difference, but dont spend alot of money on getting new stuff in my opinion. It isnt that big a deal.

EDIT
you know what though. If you dont get a HD dvd, or Blue Ray player I dont think you will see ANY difference. I bet you know at least most of this but.
regular dvd's are in 480p. P is progressive scan. so if you wanted anything better you need a HD dvd or blue ray, not to mention HD or blue ray DVD's to go with it.
