Coloured lines on dell laptop

Hello,
there is a problem related with my dell laptop screen.There are coloured vertical lines appearing on my dell inspiron 15R laptop.what should i do to remove this lines.(colours are pink,yellow,sky blue& green)

Probable cause - your onboard GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) is failing. As it's attached to your motherboard, little can be done to repair. Possibly caused by overheating, the unit can be 'revived' in some instances by resoldering ('Reballing') Other possibilities are damage to the cable connecting laptop to screen, and an outside chance that your GPU driver is causing a problem. Drivers for your GPU can be obtained from Dell website, and updated using Device Manager. Meanwhile you could download Speccy and see if your temperatures are OK. (Visually inspect your fan for dust build-up anyway)
