I have a IIyama 19" tft which is a replacement for a previous faulty unit. This unit has what appears to be water marks, thumb prints on it. These can only be seen on a light background ie white text docs. The question I have is, are these marks under the gelcoat? and if so can the gelcoat be removed to clean them or is this another fault of the panel itself? and therefore needs to be replaced?
