More about back laptop gaming question best
  1. The Sager is faster, but will chew through more battery and create more heat.
  2. i want pure speed better fps etc i'm buying a 2nd battery and will set it on an icepack if i have to... i want maximum fps!! lol
  3. oh and also is it even still faster considering its only a single video card as where the xps 1730 has dual?
  4. yes it is faster. This will give you a general idea: http://www.anandtech.com/mobile/showdoc.aspx?i=3196
  5. Yeah, the Sager will do it. More powerful processor, along with a more powerful GPU (it's single GPU > 2 lesser GPUs).

While you're at it, I would suggest getting a pair of these:

    They're extra large, perfect! :D
