Hey. I'm having problems with my digi 002. When I turn it on it says it's not able to locate digi design hardware but everything is connected up properly. Some sort of ink dots appear randomly across it and the faders start twitching. My firewire cable is working fine so I tried swithing to the different port and that worked for awhile but now the second one is having the same problems as the first. Could you help me? Do I need to get it repaired?
