I'm looking for a wireless Keyboard/mouse with enough range to control my PC (which is about 5 feet to the left of my TV) from my couch/recliner which is about 15 feet away from my TV.

Primarily, the only function is to control my PC while using my LCD tv as my monitor. To watch video that's stored on the PC on the TV. And to play some games on the TV as well.

Any suggestions?

Not sure about operating distance of infra-red or radio-controlled mice and keyboards. But there are bluetooth devices that should operate up to 10 meters. Make sure model you are getting has an option to chrage batteries. I have got old Logitech mouse w/t this and getting new batteries every 3 weeks was pretty frustrating.

Check logitech site, they are known for good mice and keyboards:

Sorry ShackMaster, I'm not posting an answer to you...
I actually have similar question...
I need to control my PC with a mouse from my living room. It is about 50 feet away, and goes through three or four walls. I have ordered a USB Bluetooth (class one) device that has an advertised working range of about 300 feet. However, I can only find bluetooth mice that are class two (about 10 meters - 33 feet).

Do both devices, need to be class one to get that long distance?
How does it work?
