Is there any way to switch between user accounts (say two administrator
accounts) without logging off and back on.Please respond.

only if you are in a work group. it is not supported in domains.
control+alt+delete then choose switch users

Hi,

This is possible through Fast User Switching and only under a workgroup and not a domain.
