Well I just purchased a Hyundai L90D+ (the plus is the important part) from Newegg.com for 379.00 (US) it is

19"
300cd brightness
700:1 contrast ratio
8ms response time
1280x1024
DVI and analog inputs
speakers
adjustments: height-tilt
pretty sure it does portrait and landscape

I only found one US review of the monitor (just started being sold in US) at www.d-silience.com. It wasn't all that informative. Tom's hasn't reviewed it yet.
Bottom line is that the specs look great for PCgamers. I'll let you know when I get it (tomorrow) and pyt it through its paces.
Just a reminder that Hyundai sells an L90D (without the +) that has been around for some time but is 25ms RT. SO be careful if your buying.

Just found a great post left earlier (1/12/05) by solidusuk. He found a review site:
http://www.behardware.com/articles/534/page4.html

that gives the Hyundai pretty good marks so I am feeling better about my purchase. Its not perfect but pretty darn good.
