I have a bill discrepancy with Fido that I needed to change from a monthly plan to prepaid when i left the country but when I called the systems were down and it wasnt done. In the meantime they have continued to charged me 3 months when i have not been in the country therefor have not used the services. When I call, the are not very helpful and will only discount me $20 which i believe is very unfair so im considering not paying anything at all as Im not in the country anymore but afraid this may lead to legal issues??
