Not paying a bill and bad credit- help

I have a bill discrepancy with Fido that I needed to change from a monthly plan to prepaid when i left the country but when I called the systems were down and it wasnt done. In the meantime they have continued to charged me 3 months when i have not been in the country therefor have not used the services. When I call, the are not very helpful and will only discount me $20 which i believe is very unfair so im considering not paying anything at all as Im not in the country anymore but afraid this may lead to legal issues??

Intimidate them with your status and they will break.

That is how I handle those dummy from phone company.
