what is Base 64k Ram error?

i am using ASUS P4C800 mainboard.
when i trun on my PC it have 3 "beep"
i checked it mean Base 64k Ram error,is it right?

what is Base 64k Ram error?

how can i fix it?

I'm assuming this is a new build. You need to check to make sure your RAM is inserted all the way. You might have junk RAM also. You should list your system components so we can take a better guess at what's wrong.
