Is there a primer or list of all the things ( and how to do each one)
that I can add to My Computer?

Thanks

I'm not sure what you're asking. My Computer is a type of management tool.
Files, hardware and various parts of your setup are available through this
interface. So the list of adding and doing is extensive.

I'm going to suggest heading to Help and Support and reviewing basic topics
(type "basics" into Help's search to bring up a list of related items).
Once comfortable there, browse through topics that interest you. If you
come up with questions from your reading, post them here and some one will
try to answer them.

Apologies in advance, if I've misinterpreted your question.

Dave, it sounds like you need to look into a book on the Windows registry
and one on architecture for the DLL question. There are also websites
dedicated to these topics. The Microsoft site (especially the technet and
msdn sections) has documentation along these lines as well.
