How to sell cell line (out of contract)?

I know people do this, but how does one go about doing so.

I recently added a new line to a family plan, therefore I no longer need my basic line. It is out of contract so it might be worth something to someone.

Where do I start? I found some sites where people sell/give away ownership of in contract lines, but what about out of contract lines.
