How to code the mobile for controlling pc with mobile using bluetooth

please tell me how to cod ean applicaton or something tat can be run in ma mobile so as to control my pc wid the same via bluetooth conection.all i kno is dat a server need to be runing in ma pc and a client applicaton must b running in ma mobile phone.
i need to send message to the pc from ma mobile .and den the pc need to detedt it and act accordingly.
