My friend wants to sell me a

MX6128

Now normally I'm fine buying from a friend, however she just bought it not to long ago and used it for a month or so. She is going to sell it to me for fairly cheap.

Is their anyway to check to see if it is stollen or anything before I purchase it from her? Or do these suck anyway?

If I did buy it would I have to worry.

I probably not going to get it anyway. I'm just suspisios.
