My brother had one of these and it proved to be too much trouble in the end. Under 32bit I think you could use the Stylus CX3200 driver, but that seemed to disappear after a reboot. Alas manufacturers would like you buy new hardware and Microsoft can't be bothered to provide decent backward compatibility.
If you have a spare bit of space or a decent sized USB memory stick a little Linux installation is a pretty handy thing for hardware like this.
