Windows 7 hangs at Starting Windows screen. Safe Mode and Start Up Repair won't
Hello,
I recently built a rig, my card worked fine for roughly 2 weeks and it just quit working.It caused a hang on starting windows, safe mode doesn't work and Start Up Repair freezes. I rma'd the card in and while I was waiting, the on board worked fine. Now, I received the brand new card and it does the same thing. My rig consist of MotherBoard: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
GPU: EVgA GeForce GTX 670
CPU: i5-2500k
PSU: Cooler master Power Supply 240-Pin 1200 Power Supply RSA00-AMBAJ3-US
