would an Antec true 430 be enough to support:

P4 2.8c 800fsb with HT
Abit IS7 865PE (with integrated sound)
120GB HD
CD/R/RW drive
DVD drive
Floppy Drive
Zip Drive
9600pro video card
1GB RAM
and 3 case fans

Of course, but a Fortron Source 400W would be better (and cheaper)

More than adequate. 300W will also be enough (unless is a very crappy device that actually only can supply 200W).

Antec True Power 430 will be enough. I have 2 Antec True Power. They have been great for me.
