SP2 Pop-up Blocker Problem

Try toggling the setting on and off, with a restart in between.

Popup Blocker - disable: go to IE, Tools menu, Options, Security tab, "Custom Level" button, "Misc" area, dot the button in "Use
Popup Blocker"
