I ordered 512MB PC2700, but the store sent me 512MB PC3200, same brand, but 400MHz instead of 333MHz.

Should I complain about this? I know its faster, but what about warranty, its listed as beeing PC2700.

Keep it. You got something better than you ordered.

hehe, it might not be faster.

RAM doesn't have it's own speed, only a maximum tested speed. That PC3200 can run at PC3200, 2700, 2100, or even PC1600 speed. You just got RAM with a higher maximum speed.
