Add printer with batch file

Hi im trying to do a batch file that will automaticly installed all printers
on my CIE

The problem is thath im receiving a lot of warning about the compatibility
of the driver with Windows Xp

How do i do to remove this message ????

Ive tried with the switch /Gw like you can see on the command i paste you
