Missing Power Schemes on Toshiba Satellite M30

Just had to rebuild my Toshiba Satellite M30 with XP Pro 2002 sp2.
No problems with rebuild, however, I have no power schemes at all.

I have attempted the following, but with no success:

• Installed Toshiba Console and ran ToshibaPowerSaver.reg.

• Ran methods 1 & 2 from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913622

• download and ran the registry fix on line 204, left hand column,

I have attempted to export power schemes from a colleagues Toshiba laptop, using powercfg /export scheme /file file, but I I seem to be typing the syntax for the scheme in wrong, as I can't get the export to work.

I'm at a loss on what else to try, and really don't want to have to go down the path of rebuilding the laptop again.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
