Hi, I'm looking to buy a laptop. I'm willing to spend $1,000 on it, but would prefer to spend the minimum (don't we all want to save money if we can?). It needs to be able to play some lower end games, um, like WoW, Perfect World, Sims2. I'm looking at this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6834210013, what do you think? Can you recommend any good ones that cost a little less? It needs to have at least 2gb of ram, and a decent sized hard drive. I don't want to have to buy a new one for 3 years or so. I don't really do much but a few games, pics, chat, email, etc. I would like it to have a webcam also. Any suggestions would be awesome, thanks.

I recently purchased a very similar ZT model (ZT S1012i, no longer available)from Newegg for my wife. She has been very pleased with it. The Core 2 Duo and 8600 GT are strong performers, and it seems to be a very good deal for the price.

Another option might be http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 834220305. ASUS has a very good reputation, and they have a 1 year spills/drops warranty. Personally, I'm not too hot on the AMD or ATI, but they should easily take care of your needs. The warranty and $50 lower price may just be worth it. Make sure the ASUS 2 year parts and labor applies to this model, as I dont see it on the egg spec page.

Thanks, I'm pretty sure I'll just get the ZT, because it's the best deal I've found thus far.
