Not sure if I was just being blind but I couldn't see the download link on that page, however this one http://ati.amd.com/online/mobilecatalyst/index.html will always directly download the latest mobility drivers.

^There was, it was about halfway down the page under "Install at your own risk". A second link never hurts though.
