printer ports, manual configuration file?

Is there some config or ini file I could edit to copy and edit printer ports
that are setup on my system? Mainly, because I have 2 of the same network
printers and now that I've added another printer, I want to also add another
port with the second printers address etc. I tried adding a port using the
buttons on the ports section of printing options, but it did not work.
